Mommy is being away from me more and more. It would be scary if she didn't also come back to me after every single time. Sometimes, she takes me to Daddy's office, which is busy and not so comfy, but they have really good food that I sometimes get a bit of. Other times, she just takes off to a friend and I stay home with my Daddies, and that's OK, as they play with me and let me onto their laps and even sometimes gives me a special treat of human-food.

I've found a new favorite place to sleep, on a big pillow in the corner of the couch next to the radiator. It's not just soft, also sooo warm! I could just lie there forever, but sometimes there's a sound that makes me think Mommy is coming home, and I have to bark at it.

When feeding me in the morning, Daddy Lars has started telling me to "Sit" and "Stay" when putting down the food, then going out to get his coat while I wait. Only when he comes back with his coat does he tell me to "Eat"! I don't know what his coat has to do with my food, but it makes him so happy when I wait that I'm doing it, just for him. Except when Mommy is away, for then my world isn't quite right, and I have to be sure I get food.
